What do lessons look like in a year?
Lessons are scheduled for once a week and compliment the school calendar.
How many performance opportunities are there?
There are two reserved recitals a year (winter and spring). As a Ontario Registered Music Teacher I have the privilege of offering other performance opportunities throughout the year. (Canada Music Week Recital, Anything Goes Recital)
How long are the lessons?
Private lessons are 45 minutes to 90 minutes depending on the students goals . Theory classes are 60 minutes in length and are taught in a group setting with no less than 3 students and no more that 6 students.
What are your teaching styles?
Lessons are tailored and personalized to meet the needs of the student. I teach to all three learning styles, visual, aural and kinesthetic.
